“Appeared very nice on the surface, but had some maintenance issues and cleanliness issues.”
+No breakfast. Front desk was really helpful. Helped us find places to eat and things to do. Felt very welcomed. Parking was free and very close to our room. TV and WIFI were great..
−Bathroom was not clean. Found long dark hair in shower and on bathroom walls and floors. Tub did not drain well. Found 8 roly poly bugs on bathroom ceiling in the morning. Water leaked from temperature control in shower.

“Good kind people they helped me with anything I needed.”
+Kind, caring staff they took good care of me. Signs everywhere saying ice is not free but when I was leaving the maid came over and gave me a bag of ice cause she’s all I needed to pack my cooler and I was very sweet.
−It was a great nearby restaurant. Can’t remember the name of the place but I think you guys should offer 10% off coupons because that place rocks to rocks throw away right up the street.

−Hotel room door was damaged and didn’t feel safe. Switched to another room but front desk clerk didn’t care when mentioned it
+The location of the Harbor Inn is very convenient, just on the outskirts of town and a short distance to the beach.
−We experienced very loud noices all through the night, the noices sounded like the venting systems flexing and popping. Also we were woken up extremely early by fisherman staying in the room above us. Im not against there time of leaving but they seemed to be inconsiderate of others sleeping at the hours they are up, 3am, then whomever stayed behind was stomping around the rest of the morning.
+It was clean and a good price for a Labor Day Weekend

“Was a bed to sleep in and shower to shower in. No frills.”
+The beds were nice and clean.
−When checking in the lobby reeked of cigarettes. Very off putting.

+The staff was ok though it took 15 minutes for the office to get off the phone and check us in. There was a lot of mold in the bathroom and hair from past patrons on the walls even ketchup on the wall.
−Beds were comfortable the parking was good and it is in a great location
