“Great location, but skip the laundry service”
+Great location, friendly staff, delicious food.
−The laundry cost is excessive as it does not include ironing. The iron available from the hotel is hopeless as is the toaster in the restaurant.

“Resort-like adults only escape”
+The staff were absolutely lovely! The atmosphere and vibe was really nice. The Dead Sea minerals pool was magnificent. Poolside bar service made it feel like you were in a resort! Restaurant food was exquisite. Bathroom amenities were very nice.
−Nothing against the property as it was in the information booklet, however other guests didn’t read/respect parking your car front end in towards the rooms. If you had the front window open in your room it meant that your room could get a cloud of car exhaust in it.

“Very nice romantic place for couple retreat.”
+I liked the food at the restaurant for dinner, the size of the room and bed, the comfort of the bed and pillows, the outdoor spa / hot pool, including the surrounding mountain views and the staff.
−Breakfast was very limited. Eggs were available at an extra cost. Sauna was not easily accessible - needed to pre-order it.
