+Como precisávamos só de uma noite, atendeu ao que queríamos. Hotel limpo, ducha boa. As toalhas eram pequenas, mas novas. A cama poderia ser mais confortável, o colchão precisava ser mais firme, o ar condicionado fazia um pouco de barulho, mas colocamos um apoio e ele parou de tremer. Há várias opções de alimentação de baixo custo perto. Tem café da manhã incluso com itens como ovos mexidos, algumas frutas, pães, nada volumoso como os brasileiros estão acostumados. Para os mais exigentes, tem uma Starbucks a poucos metros podendo ir a pé. Os funcionários poderiam ser mais simpáticos, não chegam a ser rudes, nada que incomode, somente cara de poucos amigos mesmo.

“Stay was good for the price. Only complaint was the me nightstand.”
+Free parking and free breakfast. Staff were very nice. Housekeeping should be earlier -room Not cleaned for day 2 until after 1 pm.
−The room set up for two queen beds should have a night stand for each bed. Only One nightstand between the two beds. Eating in bed difficult because there’s no nightstand to put your food on?

+The location was great, the breakfast staff were very friendly, I like that parking was free.
−I arrived at 10:30pm, the guy at the front desk wasn't friendly at all, he was actually quite rude. My room only had 2 towels, even though there were 4 of us staying there. I went down to ask for more trying not to be a bother since it was late but the receptionist (the same guy) told me to go find someone else to get them for me, and he spoke to me with a bad attitude..

“NEED MORE "SMILING FACES"!!”
+Loved the pillows and the bed.
−No one really greeted me and the staff didn't seem really interested in being at work. Just didn't feel the vibe of friendliness. More cheerful faces and Smiles would really Help.

−We had to keep requesting extra towels every day, as they would take them and just leave 2, when it was 3 of us in the room. The breakfast could be a bit more varied, but overall good
