“A little run down but the staff were friendly and helpful when possible.”
+The location was good and it was a good breakfast. The staff that I encountered were all friendly and accommodating when it was possible.
−I was on the 3rd floor and the roof mounted air unit was load and constant. Also shower gel dispenser in my room was bone dry the first night/morning. The rooms have an acrid smell. I suspect it’s the air freshener but it has a very sharp chemical smell.

“Disappointed.”
+Staff nice.
−Outside needs major cleaning/power wash, green mold. Pool was disgustingly, needs to be emptied & scrubbed. Noisy. Shower needs heavy duty cleaning, not maid’s fault. Entire hotel needs deep cleaning if you’re going to charge $199 for basic room. Very disappointed for the price point.
