+The bedroom was nice, bed was super comfortable and the shower was amazing, good location.
−Alot of rules that we seemed to be the only people following, needs to be cleaned more. As we were required to follow alot of rules, could have been cleaner. Over all, not a bad stay. Parking was a little confusing, definitely if your renting a car you can't keep on eye on the car (not the owners fault) just a heads up for others. Otherwise it was okay. You can 100% hear others in their rooms, be mindful of that. We understood the reason behind all the rules, we get it. A fresh bath mat would have been nice, we were there for 4 days didn't get changed, and as it was "full house" thats 12 other people using the same facilities, the bins didn't get changed in bathroom and toilet after the rules stated we has to clean up after ourselves, would have just been nice if they got a clean which didn't happen from a cleaner just the guest cleaning up as we went. Otherwise it was a good stay. :)

−Chris is a very different person whose expectations and reasoning can appear indifferent to most people , he is very abrupt and appears impersonable. The location is far from ideal and had I had known this before I would not have made a booking as there is nothing around for at least 20 kms ie: Fuel station, shopping, eatery's NOTHING AT ALL !!
