“Great stay. Great host.”
+Just a short overnight stay in the area to visit Elora. Location is very convenient. Carrol was vert accommodating and pleasant to deal with. Accommodations are clean and comfortable. Because of the short stay we did not make use of many amenities but had no concerns.
−Downstairs was just a little on the cool side. Lots of blankets provided though.

“Comfortable, clean, and convenient place to stay”
+Very easy communication with the owner. She is extremely organized and experienced at this. She has everything set up with what you need. We stayed in the suite downstairs and it was perfect. While there were other people in the house, you would have never known it. House rules include quiet after a certain time. I think that was 10pm. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back again when in the area.
−I can't think of anything

“家庭出游首选”
+客厅、餐厅整洁舒适，厨房用具齐全；房间、洗手间也干净整洁。入住时候还有些牛奶和水果。 停车方便。 开车两小时能到尼亚加拉瀑布，不错。
−洗衣机不能使用，脏衣服要开车送去附近的洗衣房洗。
+Hammer Hauss 2 was a comfortable stay for my family and cousin visiting from out of town.

−By far my worst experience after 10 years of booking through Booking.com. The owner wasn't there that day. An hour after checking with her assistant, we received a phone call from the owner asking us to leave because we had our child with us. We had to leave within 10 minutes or she would call the police (she wouldn't give us time to find a solution with Booking.com). A little later, two people came to the apartment to pressure us to leave asap, constantly threatening to call the police and treating us like criminals in front of our child. I made the mistake of booking with the filter “2 adults without children” so I wouldn't have to book two rooms (as most establishments require extra room on the website when you add 1 child). I can admit to this mistake, but the way we were treated that evening was despicable. I hadn't planned to organize a huge party with 20 people in the apartment, I wasn't trashing the place, we had just booked for one night, without breakfast, with our young child sleeping in our room. I didn't try to hide my child, nothing was on purpose. We found ourselves in our car, with no plan, in the evening with our child, trying to find a suitable Plan B in a hurry.

“Great stay, great bed, but cold and dirty extra blankets. Everything else was great.”
+Location was good, quiet, bed was very comfortable, price was good.
−It was freezing downstairs in the bedroom, required 2 extra blankets which one was stained and the other had a giant used bandaid stuck to it (the one in the closet). There should’ve been a door before going downstairs/at the bottom of the stairs to make the basement “suite” more exclusive/private. It would also make it less awkward having to worry about exiting the bathroom after a shower and potentially having someone have a direct view from the main door.

“Absolutely wonderful for our girls weekend!”
+The house was like home! All the amenities! Fabulous and basic needs stocked! Our host Carol was lovely and greeted us upon arrival! She made sure we were comfortable with the home. It was convenient to get around !!!
−There was nothing that was any issue!
“We will be back next year as we will be in the area again in August”
+The place was absolutely beautiful and it had everything you need for a stay and more! One of the best places I have stayed so far as of comfort and making you feel like home away from home!
