“A serene oasis with space to relax”
+What a lovely surprise! We were a little uncertain about the bus and walk with our bags, but it was absolutely worth it! Outside the crush of crowds further south (especially on a long weekend in early autumn), we were able to enjoy friendly local restaurants and see everything we wanted to via the Hakone FreePass. The generous space is new and very well appointed, and we were thrilled to have a washer/dryer midway through our trip. Being able to sip my coffee while looking at the back garden was a highlight. Wish we could have stayed longer.
−Perfect. We did opt for an Uber rather than pulling our bags back to the bus stop when we checked out. :)

+設備自体はきれいだったと思います。
−楽天Stay Villaと違って、玄関と内扉の二か所でパスワードを入れて入退室しなくてはならず、手間でした。また、布団があまりいいものでなく、ふかふかしていませんでした。枕も同様です。また、キッチン設備がないので、持ち込みするか、外で食べるかしなくてはいけません。火気厳禁というのもちょっと困るところかなと思います。

+完全無人のチェックイン、アウトだったが、事前のメール案内でスムーズでした。 部屋の設備やサービスから、おもてなしの心遣いが感じられました。 素敵なお庭を眺めながら過ごせたのが、一番よかったです。家族4人、広さも設備も満足に滞在できました。
−到着した時に、廊下のこもるようなニオイが気になりました。廊下とトイレの換気が十分でないのかと思いました。 滞在中は、トイレの換気扇、お風呂の換気扇はつけたままにすることで改善されました。 廊下の空気の流れが作れたら、より快適に過ごせると思いました。

+The entire hotel seemed to have only our room occupied, which made it very peaceful. The online reception was extremely convenient, and everything was spotless. Overall, everything was excellent.
−The only downside was on the night it rained. There was a drainage pipe right above the head of the bed, and the noise was incredibly loud,so loud that it could be heard very clearly inside the room all night. Unfortunately, it kept me awake and made it very difficult to sleep.

−Washing machine kept showing an error at first, something with the water? Everything else was perfect! We did have a car to get around though.
