−Personalul si modul in care era camera organizata. Zona de dus despărțită de o pânză de material. Mirosul de canalizare se simte in camera. Personalul a fost prea rigid si rece. Parca le era interzis sa comunice cu clientul. Eu le-am vorbit in limba maghiara persoana de la recepție a răspuns in limba engleză, fara sa zică ca nu vorbește limba maghiara..

“Merkezi bir yerde, sıcakkanlı personellere sahip, temiz ve yeterince geniş odalara sahip bir otel.”
+Otelin resepsiyonunda yer alan görevliler çok sıcakkanlı ve yardımsever. Kahvaltısı çeşitliliği gayet yeterli. Odalar temiz, yan odalardan gürültü gelmiyor. Özellikle de küçük yaşta bebek ve çocuk sahibi ailelere şiddetle bu oteli öneririm. Budapeşte çok güzel gezilecek yerlere sahip bir yer ve bu otel merkezin her yerine yakın. Özetle bu oteli beğendim ve tavsiye ediyorum. The staff at the hotel reception are very warm and helpful. The breakfast offers a good variety. The rooms are clean, and there is no noise from neighboring rooms. I would especially recommend this hotel to families with babies or young children. Budapest has many wonderful places to visit, and this hotel is close to everything in the city center. In short, I liked this hotel and would recommend it.

Bu oteli beğendim ve tavsiye ediyorum. The daily rate at the hotel could have been a bit lower. I made the booking very close to the date of arrival, so perhaps that’s why. Other than that, there isn’t anything I didn’t like. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel.

−Do check in, tinha remetido um e-mail para o hotel a informar que chegaria as 01h30, disseram-nos por email que não havia problema, contudo quando cheguei, o senhor que estava no check in não sabia de nada. Propôs me que esperasse até as 10h00 para fazer o check in ou pagar 170 euros pela noite que foi o que fizemos, para não ter de esperar no hall de entrada.
