+Good price, location near town center. They washed and dried our laundry for 5 bucks.
−Broken wobbly tile in bathroom, the room is small but for the price you can't really complain.

“The place has potential.....you get what you pay for”

−The bathroom flooring was loose and im suspecting water damage, I being a large man felt like the floor might have given way right by shower. The shower control felt as if it might fall off at any given minute.

+Door had light, sound ans cold air coming in from entire side and bottom. Pillows flat, mattress hard and all exterior surfaces are dirty, needs a handy man in all facets of room.
+The folks running the place were kind.

“Great Great House”
+This is a nice property. It had available a room with two King beds. Just what we needed! Comfortable and clean. Everything worked. My niece and I had a reunion and caught up on nearly everything. The drapes need some work, but that is very minor. We worked around and truly could not care less about uneven drapes. Value? Best value in Sequim, in Summer. We will go back, for sure.
−No soap dish or shelf for shampoo, in the shower. Not very important. We worked around it!
+Estaba limpio, el personal fue muy amable. Tiene piscina. La habitación está renovada, las camas son cómodas. Lo recomiendo.

“Good place if you don't have other options. Nice staff.”
+It was an adequate place for what we needed. Everything in Sequim is so expensive. So this was was exactely what they advertised. The staff did their best to keep everything clean and nice, but the place is very old.
−Some things could be easily fixed to make it better: a new shower curtain, fixing the window in the bathroom, and hooks on the wall, and cleaning the coffee machine so it can be used.
“Scary remodel and unclean”
+Beds seemed relatively new and we could see a pile of old mattresses behind the hotel. Weirdly they had an ill fitting mattress cover that was the wrong size for the bead and kept slipping off. We arrived early and were allowed to bring bags into the room early. The owner was so nosy I didn’t worry about parking my car there even with the homeless vehicle in the lot.
−Unclean in all areas. I cleaned everything before we used it. The water temperature was a joke. Cold water took time to get room temperature. Hot water became so hot it was scalding and would not allow you to reduce the temperature. Repairs made to the room were substandard with paint in weird spots and cables poking out in several spots. The TV wouldn’t work-with a constant message that the weather was causing a poor signal (the days were sunny and beautiful all week). Getting fresh towels was like getting gold from a bank. In the parking lot there was a broken down SUV that someone was living in all week.
