+Overall big sized apartment , great communication between owner and us . Good pricing.
−Needed more plates /crockery Eg bowls . Bathroom shower seals leak and has mould . Water runs outside of shower . Seal on bottom of shower door drags on ground . Also yellow spots on ceiling and hot water system ? Moisture residue ? Chairs meed a clean or replacement as the seat sections are stained . Needs booklet /infirmation pack of how to operate /stove / washing machine etc . We were able to do laundry but not dry as washing machine does not have a dry option . Had to wet heavier clothes to laundromat as they eouid not have dried before leaving .

+Spacious, very nice, perfectly located in the center, in a nice block, quiet street.
−We were in October, in some colder days - maybe more heat inside the appartment would be better.

+המיקום מעולה. מאד קרוב לשדרות ויטושה. הרחוב עצמו חשוך ופחות נעים ללכת בו בלילה, אבל בכ"ז הייתה הרגשה בטוחה
−הדירה בסיסית. מגבות מריחות לא טוב. במקלחת המקלחון לא אטום וכל החדר נרטב, אבל לא היה מגב לגרוף מים. נרטב לי בסיסי ביותר.
+The location was excellent - really central for sights and bars/restaurants etc while being pretty quiet. Plenty of space for the 3 of us, 2 toilets which was great and good cooking facilities. Balconies meant we could get some fresh air and there was also aircon throughout. Really great stay!

+Die Lage war perfekt, mitten im Ausgehviertel - und trotzdem angenehm leise. Auch alles andere hat bestens gepasst, die Kommunikation mit Victoria war super.

+Апартаментът е разположен в тиха улица, всичко в центлана София ти е на 2 крачки. Изобилие от заведения, магазини и табако шопове.
−От снимките се подведох, че ще има вана в банята, но се оказа, че няма. Не се ползват индивидуални снимки за предлагания апартамент, а се показват всички (което е подвеждащо и създава очакване)!

“Spacious and comfortable and right next to Vitosha Blv”
+Spacious comfortable apartment very close to Vitosha Blv but next to the quiet street so it wasn't noisy at all despite being in the centre. Helpful host, everything was clean. I was happy with everything.

+Great location, in city center. Clean facility.
−Bath shower had issues with sewage, unfortunately stinky throughout stay. Ripped curtains in one of the bedrooms.
