“Volvería sin pensarlo”
+La ubicación es muy buena, a 100 mts de la estación de metro Penarth. Cuenta con restaurante en el Primer piso y la atención es muy buena. Tony me hizo sentir como en casa. Pese a que no tengo un muy buen dominio del inglés, Tony y el equipo en general me ayudaron en todo momento durante mi estadía. Estoy muy agradecido y recomiendo totalmente el hotel. Si tuviera que volver me quedaría con ellos.
−Está frente a un bar y en las noche se siente algo de ruido proveniente de la calle, pero no dura toda la noche y es soportable.

+The restaurant was very nice , staff were friendly. There was a fan in the bedroom . Tea or coffee was available but no bottled water
−The room I stayed in, the curtain was falling down . The water in the shower was so hot that I could not rinse my hair . Either too hot or very cold . Also rather dusty . When I asked about the bottled water . I was told by a rude short man that the tap water was good enough to drink . I was charged £5.20 for a glass bottle of spring water. Over twice what I have paid in Waitrose.

+We had to pay extra for breakfast so declined .

“Some poor aspects”
+Bed, location
−The cold water tap in the room didn't turn. Couldn't unplug the bathroom sink. No mat in the bath for the shower to prevent slipping. No breakfast menu. To view beforehand. When i rang reception about the bathroom plug no one offered to come up to solve the issue

+A lovely location with very helpful staff. The room was great with plenty of room. Breakfast was first class.

“Viel erg tegen”
+De afstand tot het treinstation. Het was relatief stil in de nacht.
−Onze bagage zou naar de kamer gebracht worden omdat we te vroeg waren, maar toen we s`nachts in het hotel kwamen stond onze bagage nog open en bloot achter de receptie waar iedereen z bij had kunnen komen. De douche was slecht met waterdruk en moeilijk op warm te krijgen. De wastafel op de kamer lekte waardoor ik een handdoek in de wastafel heb moeten leggen.

+Location was great for the beach - a short walk, and the station, an even shorter walk. Staff were friendly and helpful, The room was just as you would expect for a low budget - I found it perfect for my one night stay. Just a generally nice atmosphere all round.
−Just a minor thing but left when no staff around and unclear as to where to leave the key.

−Parking can be tricky although there's parking across the road in front of the job centre.

−The parking outside is just on the road, not specifically for the hotel guests. Only just managed to get a space.

−Out of date coffee in the room ! Didn't realise until after I drank it and im perfectly fine so all good
