“Great value for clean and comfy.”
+We were very pleased with our stay at the Gatton Motel. We were running a little later than expected and the staff were well accommodating of our delay. The motel is positioned close to food/restaurants and convenience shops. The room itself was comfortable and clean. For what looked like an older building, the room was well maintained and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and there was more than sufficient bedding/pillows. All the usual necessities you would expect in a motel room were available, well maintained and modern. Definitely good value for money. We liked that we could park directly in front of our room, with ample space to access around our vehicle.
−The air conditioner was a bit dated and quite noisy, which wouldn't bother someone who enjoys white noise.

“Will never return nor recommend. Shame the lowest I could give was a 1”

−The bathroom floor was so wet due to an obvious leak. You could see the wall was wet in the corner by the toilet and seeping out from that area. I tried calling the office at 5.30ish and was transferred to another number where I left a message. No one responded. I had to use the towels to cover the floor and they were soaked. I fail to believe that this was not noticed by whoever serviced the room earlier that day. Upon checking out and making a complaint there was very little response to the seriousness of the issue or offer any kind of compensation. Although there is a microwave, there are no plates larger than a bread plate.

+The shower and bed were very good and the place was clean
−I needed to carry the microwave oven closer to the PowerPoint maybe get the cord longer for the microwave and my biggest fear all night was someone was going to hit my car I was on the corner a white line would help a little bit and the air conditioner needs to have a remote control I refused to climb on a chair to fix it
