“Stayed previously a lot better experience all round.”
+Location good.
−Breakfast pre cooked, dried and not hot enough. Living area poorly cleaned. Cobwebs in bathroom. Food in pub poor, not value for money.

+Our room had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. Dinner and breakfast was very good
−Road noise, but that can't really be helped.

+We had a lovely stay at the Gaskell Arms. The room was very stylish and comfortable with an amazing bathroom! We enjoyed the tasty homecooked food - in the evening and breakfast. Much Wenlock is a lovely village. We will be back!

+Good location. The young girls running the bar and the lady doing the housekeeping were all very pleasant, hardworking and happy to help.
−Everything was fine although the “management” didn’t reply to 2 emails requesting a downstairs room ( for my Mum in her 80’s) .and we ended up upstairs without any communication. The room was a bit small but it was cozy, comfortable enough for what we needed. Breakfast on the first morning was great but by the last morning things were a bit more chaotic and lacking in pastries, fruit and juices.

−Disappointing room with the tiniest bathroom added in the corner of the bedroom. No aircon. Food was pub 'average'.

−NO tea/coffee in room. Ordered Breakfast but 30 mins later still hadn't arrived so had to leave for an appointment. NO chicken on the menu!!

+Great location to village. Parking was ideal. Inside the pub area was nicely decorated and room.
−Evening meal and breakfast was disappointing it didn’t match the quality of the hotel.

+Sehr schönes gemütliches Zimmer, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, schön eingerichtetes Hotel und Restaurant
−Leider gab es Probleme mit dem Koch, daher eingeschränktes Abendessen und eingeschränktes Frühstück, das war etwas schade.

+Old, quirky, great sized bedroom and bathroom. Good atmosphere in evening, evening meal was good, breakfast was excellent.
−Nothing that rates improvement. Perhaps rooms at the front / corner affected by some traffic noise/ rumble, but can’t complain.
