“Все отлично.”
+Территория очень ухожена - газон, деревья, дорожки, лежаки, бассейн и пр. Тишина и покой. Есть кафе-ресторан, можно посидеть компанией. Есть сауна. Отличное территориальное расположение - до озера 1 минута пешком, до монастырского комплекса на холме 7-10 минут пешком вдоль озера.

+Great location, warm room, and a very comfortable bed.
−In the mini-bar, a beer bottle was filled with water. I went to the staff myself, explained the strange situation, and offered to pay so as not to put them on the spot. Still, no one made any effort to go the extra mile or meet me halfway. Summary: I paid the bill and overall the hotel is good, but the lack of customer empathy was disappointing.

“酒店烤鳟鱼太好吃了”
+晚上抵达酒店，就在餐厅吃了烤鳟鱼，实在太美味了~~ 餐厅的饭菜整体都好，吃得很满意，完全不用出去照吃的。 虽然房间不在湖边，看不到湖景，但是离修道院很近，早上开车过去，观赏完回到房间再退房都来得及。
−早餐9点开始供应，要是能提前一点就好了~ 对于中国人的口味来讲，清蒸鱼的体验一般。

+Overall the apartments are quite spacious and new. Good beds, warm blankets for rainy weather. The pool was also heated during our stay when the outside temperature was at around 15° C.
−Forst off, wi-fi was not working and despite staffs assurance that the reason for it was the providers fault due to rain the fix for it was reloading the router itself which we tried just because some guests didn't have mobile data. TV was not connected to any channels and didn't recognize the wifi network. No paper towels were in the apartment, as well as overall cutlery and regular apartment stuff (like a small pot to warm up milk for example or a corkscrew). The furniture itself is the cheapest one can buy and nothing opened/closed properly, always with force. The whole staff was just 1 girl who, despite being a nice person and doing her best, was clearly lacking experience and knowledge to host several groups of tourists. The sauna that we booked 3 hours prior for 4 people was barely warm for the first of two hours we booked it for. And once we got there (mind you we were the only ones who did book it) there weren't enough robes. On top of that no "menu" of the minibar was in the room. Although we brought our own lunch and went out for dinner we got charged for missing items we did not take well past the checkout. Also, don't be mistaken, the hotel's territory is not directly o

“A mixed bag!”
+The staff are very friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. The wine selection is good.The bed was fantastic. The unique igloo like structures were wonderful for a romantic, personal dinner.
−It is difficult to access taxis, as you have to walk up to the parking lot, about 400meters away. The gardens are unkempt. The kitchen wasn’t well equipped and the fridge smelled strongly of fish.

“Hôtel tout à fait recommandable.”
+Bel endroit, tout près du magnifique Lac Sevan. Personnel jeune, sympa et disponible. Hôtel propre et calme, retiré sans être enclavé. Proximité du Monastère Sevanavank, bien utile pour s'y poster et voir de grandioses couchers de soleil. Chambre confortable et bien équipé. Restaurant OK.
−La proximité de l'autoroute continuant vers Dilijian qui passe à quelques centaines de mètre, c'est gênant pour les oreilles sensibles. Prix plus cher en ligne que sur place, peut-être normal en sortie de saison haute.

+A great place to have rest and fully relax. Very friendly staff and atmosphere, delicious food and marvelous nature with beautiful lake Sevan at neighborhood! The heating pool is another great story!
