+C'est un endroit magique, au milieu de la jungle. Nous sommes ici pour la 3ème.fois et reviendrons sans hesitation:) C'est près de Panama.city et pourtant, dans les alentours, nous avons pu voir le plus d'animaux de tout notre séjour à Panama. Suscrivez-vous a leur tour de nuit, c'est gratuit. Le tour en bateau est aussi bien. La vue depuis des chambres/bar est magnifique et le petit déjenuer au buffet est copieux.
−Les activités sont un peu chers. Mais il est possible de faire un tour dans la parc national sans guide.

−El bar y el restaurante terminan muy temprano, las puertas de las habitaciones tienen rajaduras y no son confiables, Deberían tener un busito que vive hasta la terminal o algún otro lado para los que no vamos en carro , por lomenos tres veces al dia, el metro bus , no basta

−Kommunikation im Vorfeld war katastrophal. Wir hatten das Zimmer unter dem Gym und auch auf mehrfache Aufforderung war das Personal nicht in der Lage die Öffnungszeiten durchzusetzen. Wir hatten also großen Lärm auch nachts.

+Um hotel incrível. Os quartos gigantes, super confortáveis, uma rede na varanda que era óptima para estar a ouvir o som ambiente, a chuva. As excursões do hotel são muito boas. A do barco foi a melhor! Funcionários super simpáticos, pequeno almoço muito bem.

“Beautiful green location, but outdated”
+The hotel is in a beautiful green location in the rainforest, with many lovely and unusual tropical plants. On the grounds we also saw some wildlife, including several species of monkeys, capybaras, agoutis, a caiman and turtles. The resort also offers (paid and expensive) excursions to a butterfly farm and a sloth sanctuary, and you can see small frogs. We had a free night tour, which was fun. We also took the aerial tram and visited an observation tower, but we didn't see much there apart from lots of beautiful forest and working ants. You do have a nice wide view over the forest from the tower. Most of the staff were very friendly.
−You can see that the resort was once very beautiful, but it is now somewhat run-down. They were painting and replacing some of the woodwork, but the rest of the grounds are dilapidated. The pool also urgently needs maintenance. On the first day our son badly injured his foot on sharp, loose pebbles, and afterwards he was unable to swim (or walk properly). The water in the pool did not seem to be in order, because our hair felt very damaged or weird. Because you are staying in the middle of nowhere, you are completely dependent on the food and drinks they serve. We were only able to have dinner in buffet form once. On the other evenings it was à la carte, with a small menu and little on it that we could all eat (very expensive). We did have a lunch buffet, but the food was no longer being replenished, even though lunch service still had at least 45 minutes to go. Drinks were far too expensive. Even the bottles of water were far too expensive. There was also the Monkey Bar, but we did not find the food there tasty or fresh either. Drinks were expensive and at some point ran out. They said they would make sure it was restocked the next day, but that was not the case. The fact that you

“Lovely place to relax and watch wildlife.”
+Location was great and fantastic views from the room. Spotted lots of wildlife in the grounds, wonderful toucans, monkeys, agoutis, lizards, iguanas etc. Pool was lovely too and staff very helpful and polite.
−We went in October which is low season so there didn’t seem many guests around, would probably have a different feel in high season if all rooms were full.
