−The heater in the room didn’t work. They had to come up three times to try to fix it and they didn’t fix it until the next day and it was cold that night.

“I really enjoyed this stay! What a neat place.”
+This was a great location for us. We could walk there from the ferry and then back into downtown easily with all of our bags. I would have loved to stay here for more nights. What a neat place! We loved the game room and the really neat hallway layout as well as the suite style rooms.
−This is something that I see at most hotels - there was no hand soap in the bathroom. I appreciate all the shampoo and conditioner but it has always been strange to me that there is very rarely any hand soap in hotels!

“Enjoyed our stay, very close to downtown and the ferry.”
+Room was spacious, lots of coffee available as well as actual creamer (not the powdered kind)! The bed was quite comfortable.
−Maybe a chair with ottoman could be added, just had the couch with a coffee table.

“Good base for San Juan Island”
+Staff was helpful and the location was great. Lots of space in the room.
−Parking is a problem as are thin walls, we could hear folks above and next to us. No breakfast but the kitchen made it an easy task
