+Well placed for tees valley in a aafe area with walks and facilities within a few mins by car. Spotlessly clean, nicely furnished, comfy bed with lively linens

“Clean property and Friendly Hosts”
+The hosts John and Elle, were very friendly and welcoming. John helped me to figure out how to get the shortest way to the hospital where I needed to go. The room was clean and had enough towels. Elle offered me a cup of tea on my first day of stay, as I was rushing to go to the hospital, which I really liked. You get your own private room and bathroom. The property is about 10-12 minutes walking to the hospital.
−Nothing specific to mention.
+Excellent location for accessing an early morning appointment at James Cook hospital. Hosts were friendly and welcoming. Room comfortable and immaculate.
“Not as described”
+Nothing
−Spare back room with use of shared bathroom. Use of kitchen which is the houses kitchen. Seems a scam to get extra monies

“Suspected scam”
+Booking.com refunded
−Suspected scam. Unable to find lock box as described, no answer on phone and man who answered door said they did not do rentals. Refund agreed but asked for bank details - not given
“Brilliant in every way”
+New and very clean. Comfy bed and delightful hosts.
−Google maps sent me to the wrong location because the estate is so new. Visitors should search for Middlesborough sports village.
“Excellent”
