“A pleasant stay in the heart of Killarney”
+The hotel rooms were modern and clean. It is an older building so the rooms were a pleasant surprise. There has obviously been a lot of care and attention given to the property. The restaurant and pub were right there. I was pleasantly surprised that the room was not noisy. We were there on a Friday night.
−The stairs and some hallways still need some work, but the important parts were the rooms.

+Absolutely everything! From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and taken care of. The staff, the accommodations, the restaurant, the live music scheduled, every detail of the place I would give 10/10 and highly recommend. We wish we could've stayed longer and hope to return to stay again one day. We travelled as a family and couldn't have chosen a better spot to stay. Thank you Failte Hotel!!

“Good stay for one night stay.”
+Location is great in the center of town. Nicely renovated room with good bathroom.
−Very noisy at night and no air conditioning for hot or humid days.

−Viel zu teuer. Zimmer war zwar ok, aber sehr klein für den Preis.

“An absolute gem of a place to stay and enjoy the beautiful Killarney!!”
+The view from our room was the BEST I've ever had.... and the staff were lovely. Our only minor complaint was when we woke up to 2 men on a lift doing work right outside our bedroom in the morning.... but otherwise it was absolutely perfect!!
−The pillow seem a little flat and stiff.

+Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was exceptional. Shower was amazing. Bed was very comfortable.
−No elevator so access to rooms was via stairs. The TV remote did not work and I got a replacement which also did not work.
