+Quite place to stay. The beds are like sleeping on a cloud. Ac blows really cold. And the showers have good pressure and really hot water
−Tge place hosts what is known as "Durantuals" in Durant, OK which is local slang gor shady, dirty misfits possibly on drugs. They, however left us alone although lots of coming and going went on throughout the night. Overall, nothing to be frightened about, but just watch your surroundings.
“Just need a place for the weekend”
+No breakfast
−Bed broken tv control no batteries Flies in the room Loud neighbors Traffic area :(
+The food and staff
−The appearance
“Great place for the price”
+For the price you can’t beat it we just wanted a place to sleep while we went to the casino to have fun
−Wish the sheets where cleaner but couldn’t complain
“Roaches filth no washcloths pour excuses in customer service this hotel should be shut down: felt like camping not a hot”
+You are right across from the beach. That is the only thing that is pleasant about this establishment. Go look at the reviews online. If I would have read the reviews online, we would have never stayed there. It was not worth it.
−It was dirty There was no hand towels or washcloths. Every time I asked for washcloths, I was given an excuse to the point. One of the workers told me I could just use my hand. There was cockroaches there was trash everywhere. The pool was not open and it’s 106° outside. It just was not a hotel environment. It felt like we were camping. Our receipt did not work in our room. There was sand all over our room prior to us ever going to the beach up on arrival in the room. Communicating with staff members was like mating with homeless people you got nowhere.
“Would not stay again.”
+Check in and out was easy
−Was not clean, there was mold in the bathroom, dead bugs on the floor, cigarette burns and stains on the towels and bedding, we woke up to crickets chirping in the room.

−The A/C did not get cold, there was only hot water in the shower, the towels were nasty old and dingy, the bedding was old and the sheets looked dirty.
