+Beds were comfortable
−The ice machine was broken. There was no alternative for ice. The wall was coming undone in the bathroom and there was quite obvious water damage along the wall and on the roof of the bathtub if you’re gonna pay $130 to come in at 11 o’clock at night ice would be nice thing to have and they shouldn’t be charging that much for as much damage was on the rooms
−When we went to check in on Thursday night, it took 10 to 15 minutes for someone to come open the office door to let us in other than that the experience was wonderful

“A bit of paradise in Eugene Oregon”
+So so many things the ironing board the iron the table the couch the TV was wonderful the double windows I had a suite of three beds it was incredible I love to have silent and beautiful thank you. The management great personalities and trustworthy.

“They only want your money. DONT COME HERE”
+Terrible terrible place. Owner doesn’t care about the customers that live there. Owner lies to her customer making nothing but false promises! This place needs to teared down immediately. Disgusting inn and an excuse for a place to rest.

−The location is a little dodgy, and lots of traffic / train noise. room could use a microwave and coffee maker.
+Easy to find. Employees were great.
−No coffee maker, tho it was advertised as having one. No coffee or anything in office. Very spartan, but clean.
“Ghetto fabulous accommodations”
+The room was clean, had new looking linens and looked freshly painted.
−The neighborhood is kind of scary at night with lots of people milling around. The lock in the door was not working very smoothly and I felt a little unsafe with that.

“Use this location only as a last resort, then expect surprises”
+Easy access to UO for graduation.
−My reservation was for two queens but we were given only one queen but not told until we walked into the room. This caused us to have to totally rework our weekend plans during graduation. Promised a refund of half the cost but after multiple phone calls and waiting two weeks, I'm leaving this post with no refund. Room had very badly damage furniture, no light over the vanity to use the mirror, minimal towels supplied, unusual smell. Very disappointed in the management who talked a good game but never delivered. The office was locked anytime we tried to reach them and had only a phone number to call. Never saw the manager who the fellow kept saying we needed to talk to. Won't return my calls or provide the refund.
