+A fantastic new hotel. A very nice and very helpful crew! The rooms are large, incredibly clean, with a very good bed, sofa, TV, and welcome drinks. A beautiful and very clean onsen. If you go to Hakuba, don't hesitate and go to this hotel. And very conveniently located next to the bus station and within walking distance of the gondolas into the mountains. Don't hesitate: do it!

+-位置超好，就在白馬八方巴士總站的隔壁棟 -有提供接駁車，去纜車站方便（要提前預約） -房間算大，一進門是衛浴區，淋浴間跟便所分離，房間區是榻榻米地板，雙人床很大 -溫泉很棒，備品都有
−-窗外有很多小蟲蟲，不要隨便開窗戶 -隔音偏差，在走廊可以聽到隔壁房間的人進門區的講話聲音

“Excellent location, service, and cleanness, highly recommend.”
+The employees are excellent, Mirei, Mayu,and Eunice help me lot during my stay. They react to my requests very promptly and correctly. I am very impressed to shuttle bus services which save my money and time lot.
