“Lieu magique”
+Excellent séjour à l'hôtel esprit bentota dans la chambre double deluxe. Comme toujours une chambre et salle de bain immenses, bien équipées et très confortables. J'ai adoré le balcon en entendant la mer. Le personnel est aux petits soins Petit déjeuner très copieux et délicieux Je vous conseille d'y manger au restaurant car leur gambas sont très bonnes. A 2 minutes de la plage et de la station de train Rapport qualité prix imbattable

“Great hotel”
+Great location, just a 5-minute leisurely walk to the beach. You can even hear the sound of the waves from your room! The room itself is simple, but it has everything you need. The staff are always friendly and happy to help. There’s a great restaurant on the ground floor with a wide variety of dishes. The portions are generous, filling, and delicious.
−The only downside is the lack of a water heater, although during the sunny season, the water is always hot thanks to the sunshine.

+...es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt im Hotel, wir wurden vom Manager richtig gut beraten, er sprach deutsch und englisch, die jungen Burschen im Service und in der Küche waren so freundlich und lustig und es war ein angenehmer Beginn von unserem Urlaub, wir sind mit dem Zug aus Colombo gekommen, das Hotel war zwei Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt...die Zimmer und der Balkon waren sehr geräumig und sauber...das Essen im Restaurant war lecker,auch das Frühstück (im Preis inbegriffen)...war lecker und ausreichend...bis zum Strand waren es 7 Gehminuten....wir können das Hotel weiterempfehlen...wir waren drei Nächte da,es war uns nicht langweilig, wir haben viel entdeckt in der Umgebung...Steffi und Mario aus Deutschland

+The room is spacious and very comfortable. I always like to find a fridge and kettle. Lovely big balcony and very kind and friendly staff.
−The only draw back is that you need to get a tuk tuk or taxi if you want to go anywhere...

+Excellent hotel with a restaurant below and walking distance from the train station and the restaurants. The staff were amazing and I can definitely recommend the river safari that they offer. We had a fridge in the room and a balcony for the sunsets.

“Relaxing / Enjoyable Stay”
+The rumbling of the occasional train, music and location made for an excellent stay with a relaxing atmosphere. Room was very clean, with good WIFI and comfortable beds. The balcony and its associated seating was enjoyed. Most staff spoke English, were extremely helpful and friendly. The service they provided can only be described as Excellent and the same goes for the breakfast. Beach, railway station, ATM and supermarket close by, about a 4 minute walk. Located in a quiet area but close enough to walk to the town, about a 6 minute walk up the hill. The river cruise and onward transport organized by the manager were excellent and went smoothly. Manager and staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and this was very much appreciated.
−There was no hot water from the shower, it barely had any heat.
