+Overall Hotel is nice and clean budget hotel..,very good location
−the things is does not have lift..i have difficulty moving my luggage to 2nd floor..not Suitable for family and old people staying..i wish there's front auto door which automatically open when moving luggage

−Water disruption during bath and my hairs were soaked with shampoo making me embarrassed. The lady receptionist cannot answer what’s the problem and problem was not solved until I checked out that I have to use mineral water to wash my hairs.

“Strategic & Good Accommodation for UTMB”
+This is my 2nd time staying at Epoch, I think it can be the official hotel for the annual UTMB event. Location, Comfort, Water Pressure, Receptionist, Food, everything. The bed is so comfortable to sleep on after a tiring run at the UTMB event.
−Just a bit of noise from the night market below the hotel, but that's fine...it's something that the hotel cannot control.
