“Expected much better.”
−On our way to Emilia Studios, we have been advised that the water heater was not working, so it was suggested that instead we moved to Emilia Suites Space, which was further away from the centre. Considering we were only there for a night we accepted. Our experience at Emilia Suites Space was horrible, apartment was dirty, paint peeling off from the ceiling, no pressure in the shower + shower leaking water, toilet seat broken, worst of all there was no furniture in the bedroom, save for the bed and 2 bedside tables. Markings on the wall and confirming through the website, prior the bedroom did have furniture. Considering that we have already used Emilia Studio services at the beginning of the month and that we went out of our way due to the water heater problem, we feel extremely offended that we had to be presented with the above shortcomings. Photos being attached, for your perusal.

+Location is excellent.
“Ruido constante”
+We had booked one of the properties in the centre, but a boiler failure meant we had to be relocated to another property. This was seamless and well communicated and at no extra cost, but unfortunately the proeprty was a good 25 to 30 mins walk or a bus or taxi ride into the centre, which wasn't ideal and did cost us extra in taxi fares
+property owner is not accommodating at all. I ask to stay one extra night, and he refused just out of his ass.
+Everything we needed in Modena for a good price. On a quiet street but centrally located. The hotel had what we needed and check in through What’s App was easy.

L'appartamento è in pieno centro storico, ben arredato e pulito.
