“Good location but is extremely overdue for an upgrade”
+For what we were in Emerald for, the location was great.
−Was disappointed the restaurant/bar was not operating. The room is in dire need of an upgrade.

“Super comfy stay and fabulous staff!!”
+The super friendly and helpful staff made our stay amazing! So centrally located with a very short walk to everything. Such a pretty little town!! We will definitely be back!!

“Very disappointing , worse hotel stay in qld ..they didn't even bother calling me back next morning”

−The loud partying both nights out side other rooms near mine .. Saturday night being the worse .. I tried calling the emergency number at 12:30am on the sheet that reception give you , stating limit noise after 9 pm and DEFINATELY NO PARTYING Might as well used that for toilt paper ... Just a message to call during reception hours .. what a joke .. I ended up opening my door and slaming it as hard as possible .. someone upstairs done the same 5 minutes later .. they got the message and moved thier party inside thier room , I could still hear them for another hour .. I got up at 6:30am and left by 7am .. another poor woman on her own who was right next door to them left at the same time .. This seems to be a hotel for long term workers .. avoid at all cost if you want some peace and quiet after a long drive ..

“Nice room but noisy”
+Room was comfortable and clean.
−It was very noisy. We had people out the front late at night drinking and making noise and then there was a fight around midnight which was a bit worrying as our car parked out front.

“I'll come and stay again,when its warmer though.”
+It was peaceful. As i live in the bush, once i shut my door the noise of the road dissapeared.so it was quite a pleasant stay.

“A motel in need of a good clean and paint.”
+Easy to find, good location, good communication. The bed was comfortable.
−The whole place needs a good clean - esp the bathroom. Everything made a loud noise - the aircon was so loud it sounded like a plane and had to be turned off to sleep. The fridge made a loud humming noise, the tv made a hissing - everything had to be turned off to sleep. The old heater system should be removed as takes up alot of space. The whole place needs a paint. The curtains were broken. The place is very old and in need of a spruce up. The restaurant does not exist.
