−The jacuzzi in the property pictures look like a big pool. It is not a pool, but a large jacuzzi. The hotel only allows the jacuzzi to be used from 10am - 10pm. So, I and a few other guests were unable to soak in the Jacuzzi in the morning. Not sure if the hotel is just trying to save money by turning the heat off. So at breakfast, I am told by Andrea that the Jacuzzi can only be used at 10am. So I have a leisurely breakfast and then at 10am I go to soak in the Jacuzzi. But the Jacuzzi is COLD AT 10AM! Andrea only started heating the jacuzzi at 9 or 10am. The jacuzzi was not the proper temperature until 12:30 with check out time at 1pm. Andrea thought this was "funny" when I explained with Google translate that I paid approximately. $300 usd for two rooms and booked the hotel because it had a Jacuzzi. So it was more than disappointing that I could not use the Jacuzzi at 7am.. and then again its cold at 10am and not hot enought to use until 12:30. Not sure why Andrea and the hotel proved such poor service. The buffet breakfast was good, BUT I would definately recommend the hotel restaurant for dinner. The food was mediocre and expensive. +Havre de paix calme et très bien entretenu, Personnel ultra attentionné qui nous a aidé à solutionner notre problème sur la réservation d'un Vol. Petit déjeuner exceptionnel que vous pourrez prendre sur la terrasse ou dans la salle à manger ouverte sur la cuisine. Tout était parfait ; merci encore !
