“I didn’t stay! I left after 10 min.”
+Nothing. I left. It was unclean, old food and drinks in the fridge, dirty amenities and fan switches missing, bed dirty, fire alarm beeping. Felt unsafe. Couldn’t find staff to ask to fix so I left and requested cancellation and return but was denied.

“I left it was not safe for myself or kids”
+The ladies were lovely, and tried to help the best they could.
−No communication. Booked over a month in advance then turned up and they didn’t even know I had a room booked. Smoke butts everywhere, empty rum cans around. This places needs to be taken off bookings and be reported. Nothing like the photos. The owner was rude on the phone and no where to be found.

“Will not revisit”

−The TV was not plugged in no aerial wire and no remote There wasn’t any blankets on the bunk beds only one pillow had a pillow case and the other pillow without its cover was on the floor Dirty cups still on the sink Kitchen cupboards and the Bathroom cupboards are broken. Air conditioner cover was broken and on the floor and it was so load we had to turn it off Too many other things to mention

−Furnishings were spartan and in very poor condition. The rooms were infested with cockroaches. While the TV and microwave were new, the fridge was very old and worn. Had to request cutlery, crockery and toilet paper. No Wi-Fi. Knobs missing on overhead fan controls - had to move know from one control to the other to adjust fans. No soap, shampoo or conditioner provided.
