“Great stay! Super helpful staff 🙏🏻”
+The staff was super helpful and friendly!
−There was some issues as the weather changed when I was there and the heating took a while to kick in, but the staff was helpful and how to get that fixed.

“Room itself great, and appears they had recently renovated our room.”
+Breakfast was poor. Room was very disorganized, and not much restocked(?) For those eating at 830. On the 2nd morning upon checkout, we saw a notice for asking about breakfast sandwiches, which wasn't in the breakfast room, nor on the door of the breakfast room, and nothing in our room about it.
−Disorganized and not much available. Even coffee was cool.

“Staff did not treat us nicely right off the bat, didn’t say good morning to us when we came in to ask a question just im”
+The bed were comfortable
−The cleanliness, and the attitude of the staff
“Exactly what I wanted Economical Comfort”
+The hotel was great for the business need I had. Being assigned to a region a week at a time the hotel was clean and comfortable and well priced. The room was good and reasonably comfortable. This is a working crew hoptel. get a nice room, laundry done same day for a few dollars, cleaned every day and the restuarant had good food at decent price.
−Not much, the hotel is older but quiet and well maintained, Not everything worked first try but it got fixed right away, and the beds could use some mattress upgrading.
+Disappointed that there was no elevator

+Not much and elevator didn’t work
−Off beaten path
“Didn't happen!!”
−We got there and couldn't stay because the elevator isn't/hasn't been working for some time, but it doesn't tell me that online and there are no ground floor rooms.
