“Worse”
+When i booked the room, it says double room, but when I went in the room it was to small, there is no space to walk around the bed,no windows in the room and the bed is uncomfortable at all. Whose hotel I've come across in the country. Worse than Worse 👎

−The room basically wasn't clean. The duvet cover had a big stain. The worst of all there was a durex on the side of the bed. That made me feel the bed was so dirty. That was room no 205. The other day I was in room 209, The smell was like somebody just left and wasn't cleaned. The toilet was badly stained. I have reported this on both occasions to the reception staff.

“Stunk of poo amd staff didnt give any care in world”
+Rude staff when told the room stinks .. was told rebook a d would ammend date then took the money and said non refundable and cant change date. Crooks

“Attention to detail”
+Fix TV control quickly, nice staff.
−Attention to detailed cleaning in bathroom basin and taps. Shower soap not filled and it was filled with water. Unfortunately no hair dryer.

+Stayed there for the first time and everything was so good. Especially the check-in process was very smooth. Comfortable bed and proper shower. All the staff and the manager of the hotel were very nice. They went beyond and above to make my stay comfortable.
