“Comfortable, clean, welcoming and friendly”
+Our room was spacious, very clean, very comfortable and a great price! The staff were very kind and helpful. We’ll stay here again!
+Good location. Family was camping at point farms and my mom was not able to camp, so it was nice being close that we could stay there and go visit family during the day at the camp ground.

“Although nothing fancy, it served our purpose.”
+It was very near the intersection we turned from, not in the middle of town. Quick for getting to and from Blyth. The property was well maintained and the room was large and clean.
−The room had a stale smell. The windows were difficult to operate.

“Decent, but overpriced motel”
+The motel is kept in a good shape: good floors, bright LED lights outside. Surprisingly quiet. Big enough room, with a kettle in addition to the standard coffee maker, and a tea pot. Overall good service from the hosts/personnel.
−Needs to keep up/catch up with big and small maintenance: loose/not working door knobs, old windows hard to operate, noisy A/C, add hooks in bathroom, weird and bleak paintings doesn't add to overall nice appearance. Also, overpriced - I don't see what could justify the rate they charged.
