“An absolute gem in Scotland - we can’t recommend it highly enough!”
+Jack and Iris are the most wonderful couple, and staying at their beautiful guesthouse was an absolute highlight of our trip to Scotland. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed, looked after and completely at home. They are such lovely, warm and thoughtful hosts, always available, incredibly helpful, and full of great recommendations, whether you’re looking for the best whisky to try or the most beautiful places to visit. They even kindly gave us a lift into town when we needed one. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them! The rooms are absolutely gorgeous, with wonderfully spacious and comfortable beds. Every little detail has been thoughtfully considered to make guests feel at home. It’s the perfect cosy little haven, a place where you feel truly pampered and can simply relax and enjoy yourself. And then there’s the breakfast… absolutely incredible! Iris’s scrambled eggs are a real hidden treasure - honestly, a highlight in their own right! And the pancakes are just as delicious. We looked forward to breakfast every morning! The bar is beautifully decorated, with so much character, and the lounge is the perfect place to unwind. We had such a lovely evening sitti

+Beautiful stay in a whisky lovers dream hotel. Throw in a fabulous starry sky, great food, a Pictish stone, comfortable beds and eclectic decor plus the most gracious, helpful hosts who can't do enough to make your stay superb.

+Iris and Jack really make you feel comfortable at the Duffallandy house hotel, from their great welcome on the premises to their fabulous breakfast every morning. The rooms we occupied for two nights were very clean, tidy, and optimised to a higher level of comfort.
