+Room 24 was pleasant, clean, in decent maintained condition and a modern bathroom. The laundry service same day works, happy to receive 1 kg for free and pay for the rest.staff very helpful. The rooftop Restaurant an added bonus selling alcohol. The location very convinient city center, not overtly noisy at nigth as room this room not facing the street.
−Hot water was scarce. Initially no kettle in the room, we got one but partially broken.

+A good location, everything is walking distance. The rooftop cafe was great, very nice view in the night.

“Wouldn’t recommend”
+Location is quite convenient as you’re walking distance to a lot of things you might want to see/do as a tourist
−The room was completely different from the pictures. It only had a small window and it was musty, it was situated on the first floor just next to reception and it was extremely noisy. Especially at night (even late, like 1/2am) there was a lot of noise made by some of the people working there, who where talking very loudly for long periods of time and I found it very annoying and also disrespectful as they know there’s guests sleeping. It didn’t feel very private and comfortable at all and there was also a persistent sound made by something broken with the electric panel.

+Very good value for money. Renjith on the desk answered all queries and also booked us an auto for nuwara eliya. Very good driver for 10k incl kandy sightseeing. Rooftop was very cool. Strongly suggest .
−In the middle of commercial Street but kandy lake and eating joints are at walking distance.

+Inmejorable ubicación, en pleno centro. Habitación grande con aire acondicionado y buen baño todo equipado. Muy buena opción. El personal muy amable, como en todo el país, son un amor.
