“Not recommended for family with kids”
+Staff was good.
−The room was not clean the bedsheets were smelling. The Bed was very uncomfortable as the mattress was of bad quality. Location was very remote and the view you get doesn't justify the trouble you face because of the location. The room was definitely overpriced for the facility provided.

“A disappointment”
+The staff was kind and they had great suggestions. But that was about it.
−The rooms were dirty, the bed sheets had stains and dirt all over them. We even requested a new bedsheet but it was as dirty as the one on the bed. The room had one small window which was facing the reception so we had no light coming in. It was depressing. Hot water was extremely limited and we only got one dirty towel for 2 people. The internet was barely working and we really felt bad in that place. I was expecting more from the positive reviews.

+Very good location and staff were helpful
−Food and service was good
“Except stay other nothing”
+The room is good Neet and clean, spacious
−16 km from Munnar, no nearby restaurants or shops. Tiny swimming pool, it's ok for kids; food items are expensive. This location has no other options. We cannot expect the climate to be like Munnar
