“If your desperate this will work”
+In a pinch we got in
−Small. One room was supposed to have two beds it didnt.
+Price very reasonable,small,but still close to most places ,pet friendly,great place on a budget.quiet ,with only short walk over dunes to the beach an wonderful sights of the sea

“Very very disappointed with Driftin Sands. Motel. And the non caring management”

−Management was very unatintive like what I called him about didn't really matter, first thing they changed our room. Said it was an upgrade later during the night. We smell something like sewer gas. I thought it might have been the air conditioning vent. But woke up to a floor that was soaking wet. In both bedrooms, the bathroom floor was wet. And it smelt like sewage. As soon as we woke up I was going to walk through the bathroom. My feet got soaking wet. I called management told him how it smelled and what it was doing. Hey acti like it was no big deal. I walked outside and the main sewer line had war standing around it that run right beside our room. I am very displeased and will never stay at Drifton sands motel again. I said something to him that it was very bad and told him he had opportunity to refund my money for the or I'm gonna post this on social media. “Well-located and good service”
+I did not partake of the breakfast. I prefer to not eat in most motels and hotels. Restaurants do a better job of providing a good breakfast.

+It was... quaint.
−The rooms are small and quaint, but lack proper light-blocking as the streetlights and lights putside the room's door are bright at night. The blinds allow in too much light, and someone could see into the room from the proper angle. I needed more bath towels, but there was no staff on property, just a sign on the office door to call someone. The shower has the worst water pressure imaginable, and the vanity under the sink was falling apart. Also, the paint and sheet rock in the bathroom was peeling/broken The lighting inside the room is exceptionally bright and because recessed LEDs are used as opposed to diffused or incandescent lighting, it is VERY harsh on the eyes. The lights mounted on the wall on both sides of the bed were also way too bright, and are not diffused at all. The television turned on, but not a single input selection allowed for the online-advertised cable television to be viewed. There was a mini fridge, but it seemed to be broken, because I turned the temp inside all the way down and my drinks didn't get very cold at all. The AC unit seemed to function properly, however, there is a BUNCH of black mold on the vents and poses a health risk. The toilet whistles,

+Convert to the beach. Lots of dining and retail close by. Great little kitchenette area.
−The room could use more counter or table space and silverware.
“Everything was fairly nice and decently clean. 1 pillow case wasn’t clean but the rest was ok. Parking is very tight not”
