“Mattress like sleeping on a slab of concrete”
+Gym facilities were good. Good location.
−The bed was terrible. I should have slept on the carpet - would have been softer on the floor! Couldn't find the sauna or steam room gave up in the end. Gym AC wasn't working either so couldn't stay in there for long. The bed is the major issue. Worst I've had at a hotel 🛏️

“Great pool, modern room.”
+The pool was lovely on a warm night. The bed was comfortable and the room was modern. We got upgraded to a deluxe king room and given a box of chocolates and balloons for my husband’s birthday which was lovely.
−The location was a bit further out from the city and closer to Spencer street station so not as much in a close vicinity.

+Location
−My sisters room had a sewerage issue and it took a few attempts for her to get a new room. She was then moved to another room on another floor and room was a twin room

“Good value for money… Go the breakfast, it was a nice ending to an enjoyable stay.”
+Well located only a short walk from Southern Cross Railway Station. The staff were very helpful in explaining all amenities and giving local knowledge about eateries etc. There is PLENTY of multicultural restaurants so close to choose from. Only a 5 to 10 min walk and your in the heart of the shopping area of town. Also The buffet breakfast was pretty damn good.
−Nothing it was great.
