+The staff was very helpful and kind. It was just in the right location.

+Staff welcoming and helpful. The room had a good sized shower room, was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
−Ground floor room next to the front door was a bit noisy when other guests arrived and left, not helped by the wooden floors, but I guess its difficult to minimise such noise.

“Not too bad but not somewhere I’d stay again”

−The bed was so ridiculously soft I kept rolling into my husband I’m sure for some a soft bed is great sadly I only managed an hours sleep as it was too soft

+Location on the street was not very clean and dark at night time
−You was in a spare building and the area was not very clean

−The main hotel was a bit hard to find.

+The welcome from reception was warm and efficient. The rooms were clean, well decorated and good facilities. Breakfast was excellent and great value for money
−The parking was a little tight, but understandable with trying to fit all cars in a small space.

“Enjoyed our stay here.”
+Location was very convenient here. We liked the full breakfast. The staff was also accommodating and upgrade us to a "Superior room" free of charge.
−The photos on booking.com showed mostly newly renovated rooms. The rooms we were offered were not newly renovated but we did get a free upgrade to a larger "superior room" with a view and we enjoyed our stay.
