+The room was nice and large. Accommodated 6 people easily. The café was amazing, the waitress was so friendly , the food was pretty good too

“Our over all stay was Beautiful !!!”
+My wife and i had a great and wonderful quite, relaxing time . The sound of the beach during the day and night was pleasant . We wanted to be higher than the room we were in but the view to the beach was just beautiful. The location of the resort is in a perfect location tucked away in its private area.
−one of the balcony lounge chairs was broken to a point of none use. and we also found a football and sock under the couch. There were no sheers in the living room area, like the bed room which had to layers of window covering.

+We only stayed for 1 night.We did not use any of the resort facilities. It was nice and clean. The staff was friendly.
−The bed we had was just OK. There were only two pillows which were not fluffy, though they did work

“Great potential, but could do better”

−I've rarely met a lady at check-in who was as cold and rude as she was. She showed a complete lack of empathy, and honestly she clearly needs customer-service training - or, easier, a career change. And obviously I'm talking about the younger of the two women we met at the check-in counter. I'm never coming back to this hotel - I felt completely unwanted

+Love the location, large size of the units. We have stayed there before
−The building had an unpleasant smell, especially on the first floor by the restaurant, game room, laundry and bathrooms. The linens all smelled less than fresh (beds and towels). The resort needs some TLC..minor room repairs - rusty fixtures, fresh paint, upgraded refrigerator. Second elevator wasn’t working and there were several long waits.
