“Disappointing”
+Staff were great the room and towels smelt of mold that I got sick shower could feel slime,, marks on sheets and couch. The staff were great tho anything I asked for.

−I stayed at this apartment for the second time, one month again like last year. The first time was great, but this time was a really bad experience. The blanket was very dirty, and I asked to change it three times. A young Chinese staff member always say, “i will come back in 5" but never came back. Same with the trash I asked him, and he said “I’m coming,” but didn’t do anything. He was rude and not helpful at all. The other staff were nice and tried their best. The Wi-Fi is very, very bad and slow. I had to use my 4G many times because I couldn’t do anything with their internet. The AC also doesn’t work properly it’s not strong and the room stays hot. When I checked in, the guy working there was so rude. He didn’t understand English.. I was too tired to find another hotel, so I stayed but I’ll never stay here again. Worst experience ever.

−construction all day next door , staff didnt know english at all , facilities in room wasnt was as offered when booking.

+It was a comfortable and modern room. The size of the room is great, lots of space with a couch and a desk with a chair. The bathroom was also recently renovated which was really nice. The big fridge was a plus. The bed was very big and super comfortable.
−The rooftop is being renovated so there is nothing there. For the kitchen there is no utensils, or pots or pans so no point for the kitchen because I will not buy stuff like that for a 5 day stay. The toilet didn't always flush properly. The noise of the renovation was a little annoying but I understand that there is nothing to do about that. There is no daylight in the rooms.
