+Utter heaven….so peaceful and so beautifully thought out in terms of rooms, gardens, pool, restaurant. Loved the tiny daily menu…food was divine.

+El lloc és idílic, un paradís en tots els sentits. Ideal per desconnectar i estar lluny del bullici de les zones més turístiques. Una preciosa platja per passejar i gaudir de la posta de sol, una piscina ideal, el coco fresc de benvinguda s'agraeix molt, les casetes no poden estar millor equipades, es nota que han pensat en tots els detalls. 😍

“Withdraw from the world in a little Bali paradise.”
+Simple accommodations but comfortable and well equipped. It is a fantastic place, at “the end of the world” in front of a beautiful, 10km long and clean brown sand beach. Very good for relaxing withdrawn from the world… Good massagist on-site. Good food, nice pool.
−The food is home made and very tasty. We would have just liked a bit more variety. The 3 days we were there it was the same 4 options with a few variations possible though. Not a very big deal. The room service was not made either, but again, considering the simple the room is and the bathroom, not a big deal!

−Ich finde, dass die Preise für die Rückfahrt-Taxis im Hotel deutlich überteuert sind. Ich empfehle, sich lieber selbst einen privaten Fahrer zu organisieren. Das hat bei mir leider einen unangenehmen Eindruck hinterlassen.

+The area and accommodation was nice and the two girls working there were very kind, but unfortunately the billing practices ruined the experience.
−This was the first time I ever felt kind of scammed by a hotel. They added an extra 11% tax + 5% service fee for bike rental and transport, even though these weren’t their services, they were actually external services with prices that already included tax. The driver himself confirmed the transport to Sanur was 700k IDR net, yet the hotel still charged another 16% on top. They also apply a 5% “service” fee to almost everything, which was never clearly explained although we asked multiple times. We almost extended our stay, but luckily we didn’t. We overheard the manager on loudspeaker telling the staff to ask us to book directly instead of through Booking.com. Looking back, I’m glad we didn’t , otherwise they probably would have added another 16% on top of the room price as well.
