+Great location. The bathroom is very old and in need of complete remodeling. The room also seemed to need a better cleaning job. The staff is great though.
+It was agreat place in a great location after we had the rooms stratenged out. Tried to put us in a down graded room but when called on it we received the room we rented from expedia. Plan to file a complaint as this has happened at every place in Peru we reserved through expedia. Iy did not happen when we went through other agencies

+El personal es encantador. Tanto Raquel como Félix hicieron todo lo posible para que la estancia fuera de lo más agradable. Nos facilitaron desayuno temprano los días que madrugábamos más y calefactores para que no pasáramos frío. Muchas Gracias!!

“Good location in Cusco”
+Staff was excellent and very helpful and gave good information on what to see in the area. Part of the hotel was an Inca wall, complimentary breakfast very good, right off the main square of Cusco.

+Very good hotel located very close to Plaza del Armas. Spacious room with hot water. Breakfast was okay. Friendly and knowledgeable staff with cheap laundry prices as well.
