−Je ne pouvais pas régler la température de l’eau de la douche (eau bouillante) et personne n’est intervenue après que je les mette au courant de la situation ni aucun geste n’a été fait. Le petit déjeuner était trop basic pour ce qu’il coûte.

+The interior design is stunning- every corner feels thoughtfully styled, unique and full of character. Our room was an absolute sanctuary. It was beautifully appointed, immaculately clean, and featured incredibly thoughtful touches that made us feel instantly welcome. The staff are genuinely warm, attentive and passionate about ensuring guests have a memorable stay. They were always ready with incredible local recommendations and went out of their way to make us feel special.
−The only issue we had was that the toilet in our room was a bit noisy.

“You pay only or the location”
+The front desk employees were very nice, friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to the Coloseum, 4-5 minutes walk and there are plenty of restaurants in the area.
−The room very basic, the bathroom has not been cleaned properly, we had mold in the shower cabin. Windows and door did not insulate the sound at all, so we barely got any rest during our time stay. There is a underground garage right under the window, whenever the door opens it makes a very loud sound. The breakfast was limited, a lot of the bread and pastries were not fresh. For 300+ EUR per night I expected more.

“Quaint lodging, however advertising is very misleading. Had no idea the rooms were so small.”
+Breakfast was good. Would rather the water be complimentary. Overall very clean.
−Rooms were way too small, including the shower. Barely had room to walk around the bed and for luggage. Power went out for the entire morning and didn’t get turned back on.
