+Shower and bathroom generally clean and wet room style worked well. Bed was comfy. Good space in the room to. Tea and coffee fine. Location decent with access to slightly expensive services food
−Some areas of bathroom needed a better clean and were obviously dirty. Stains and marks on the carpet. Duvet was a bit thin and pillows. Room was a bit cold.

+估不到有位識講廣東話的員工，他是位男性，有禮貌，笑容親切，非常之好！整體乾淨衛生好好！還有就是一直有wifi用太好了！酒店步行一分鐘就有幾間餐廳選擇都好好呀！
−也不是不滿意啦，只是覺得如果泊車可以免費或便宜一點就好了。

+The staff were friendly. We thought they were good until they mucked up our stay and our parking and got charged twice for both.
−Useless staff booked us as a no show, but we stayed and paid, so booking.com emailed saying we would be charged as a no show, discussed with staff, staff said it was automated and we would not be charged, but booking.com did charge us again. On holiday on phone wasting time to booking.com who could not get through to the hotel to confirm. Furthermore, we paid 8 pounds for parking, then got a hundred pounds parking charge. More time wasted emailing, appealing, nightmare. Stay somewhere else.
