+Location is right off an exit from the Ohio tpke. an old-style motel, but the rooms were updated and were very satisfactory. the manager gave me a goodie bag when checking in--a nice touch.

+It’s an old fashioned motel, rooms are updated and well maintained. Quality linens and towels! Mattress was comfortable. Staff was super!!

+Super friendly owner/front desk! Really great deal for a good night's rest on the road. I will definitely stay again if I'm traveling through :) Beer, wine, snacks available in front office, free coffee/ice. Room was very clean, and it has a great location right off the highway, across from 24hr gas/fast food options. Microwave, mini fridge too. (I was also given a little welcome bag with delicious candy!

“Could be better. Expected more for this price. Don't recommend.”
+Staff is friendly and location good. Convenient to park, all required available. Wi-Fi works good. Since I stayed only for a night, it was fine for me.
−Bad smell in the room. Room itself is quite worn. During my stay only cold water was in the shower. AC was quite noisy so I had to shut it down.

“Affordable, safe, and clean. A rare combo to find. Would highly recommend!”
+We loved that while outside you could see things were busy due to the surrounding truck stops but you would never know when you enter your room. Everything is extremely sound proof and the staff are very friendly. This was our second stay at the Davis Motel and we were very fortunate to be able to do so. We booked last minute and somehow made the cut. The parking lot showed all the rooms were fully booked, but you would never know as everyone was respectful and kept to themselves. We stayed 3 nights and it was in the perfect location for everything we planned to do. We will be back again and would recommend. You cannot beat the price especially because you’re able to feel safe and relaxed during you’re clean stay.
