−After reaching there they cancelled my booking saying unmarried couples are not allowed, all this should be mentioned before booking it was very disappointing, and even till now my booking amount is not refunded Please look into this matter

“Worst experience of our life”
+The only thing we liked in our stay was that the hotel was located close to the Mahalaxmi temple and the staff were a bit helpful
−Overall this was the worst experience we had in our whole life.Utterly disappointed with their room maintenance.The room looked quite dirty,the walls were dirty.The room had cockroaches in it and the toilet was also dirty.There was no proper parking.Even though they had wifi we had to sit outside our room to get good connectivity. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!
“Considerable”
+Basic requirements for sleeping and storage were provided. Toiletries were also given and the room was fine. Just 3 mins walk from the Mahalaxmi Temple which made it very easy for us. Parking space is not there (considerable as it is in the city area) but I was lucky to park my car just outside the property as I was the only guest staying on a weekday.
−The room was not ready when the check-in time was 11 AM and I arrived @12 PM. Housekeeping was still cleaning the room and couldn't finish it properly as I was already told by the receptionist that you can go and enjoy your stay due to which the washroom was kept unclean. I literally cleaned the washroom which was not at all appreciated. Had to go for an early morning darshan at the temple but the reception was kept inattentive and the shutters were down. Bedsheets had stains which really made the room unpleasant and had to adjust.

+Location, Staff Behaviour, Room facility all are good. Hot water available at all times is the best work for me.
