+Wonderful, friendly staff ! Beautiful and clean building. Very accommodating with a sweet welcome gift. I always felt like the area was safe But the building had Locked exterior doors with monitor security camera.

“Small but comfortable room - quiet and in good position for seeing Lisbon sights - would have been good to have more int”
+Convenient for metro/trains/bus and ferry. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Easy to reach tourists spots.
−Unlike other reviews I’m afraid some staff were not friendly and looked very miserable. Breakfast could have been more imaginative as very sparse

“A charming hotel to stay in Lisbon.”
+This hotel was the perfect location for us. We were able to walk, Bolt, and even take the train from the station nearby. Our room was cozy and had a little patio that we would enjoy the complimentary wine from each afternoon. The staff was cheerful and helpful to make dinner recommendations or suggest routes to get to attractions. The breakfast area was so cute and there were lots of options. We would definitely recommend this place to all our friends.
