+A lovely establishment and well laid out and a short easy tram journey into the city. I lived eating and drinking out on a lovely little terrace

+Die Dame des Hauses ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Der Balkon hat Domblick (wenn es auch nur die Spitzen sind) und es ist herrlich ruhig dort. Trotzdem ist man schnell in der Stadt. Ich würde es jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

+Wunderbare kleine Wohnung, sehr ruhig in einer kleinen Stadtoase gelegen, die Bahn in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und nur 5 Stadionen vom Kölner Dom entfernt. Schöne Dachterrasse. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin, tolle Kommunikation. Parkplatz gegen Aufpreis fast direkt vor der Tür. In der Wohnung standen Kaffee etc. bereit für den Morgenkaffee, kleiner Kühlschrank vorhanden.

+Ubytování je cca 5 minut od metra. Jedná se o podkrovní pokoj. Byl velmi pohodlný a čistý. K dispozici je minilednice, touster, konvice a mikrovlnka.
−V kuchyňském kontě chybí vařič nebo varná deska a dřez. Voda je k dispozici jen v koupelně. Pokud je ubytovaní jen krátkodobé, je to jen malá komplikace.

+Pěkný, vzdušný a prostorný pokoj pro jednu až dvě osoby na klidném místě v blízkosti parku nedaleko od města a Zoo. Milá paní majitelka.
