“The staff is very rude and awful to customers”
+The customer service was horrible. I went the prior day before check in to see the room. The lady ask who would all be in the room I told her me my wife, and a 9 month old baby, she said that was fine. Okk fastfoward to the day of check in they say they couldn't find the reservation. Then the guy wanted me to pay an extra $10 for the baby to stay. The lady up front was being so rude to me I tried to talk to her but they wouldnt listern don't stay here cause being rude and they all was looking at me like that didnt want me to stay. I explained I had been waiting for hours and I was tired They didnt care one lady was holering at me terrible terrible Do NOT stay here.

“I lost everything due to unfair circumstances. Ill never recommend the hotel again.”
+Those ppl are nasty. Yhey work with who they want. Yhe manager charged card like 25 times with different amounts after arranging for me to pay at a certain time. Their were other guest who paid at certain times as well. She got the merchant blocked. Then called the police on me and barred me from the property. During that procedure I was told to get out n get off yhe property by the officer Blanson. They didnt give me time to call a ride or get help moving my items. I have edema in my leg and my leg was swollen. And they sat my groceries as well as my clothing in the storming rain by the trash csn cause I couldn't tote the items. They then charged me with criminal tre s passing as I attempted to move my belongings out of yhe rain after I called the cab service. They didn't give me 2 minutes after she agreed to wait on my payment. They were rude and disrespectful. Then the lady Luvky who works up front recorded yhe day before and proceeded to call the manager n make gun of me. She also ran over to the other hotels so I couldn't stand outside n wait for my ride y he day other incident. The mother called me yelling at me the whole night before the incident and the day of the incident

+Wie unehrlich und freundlich doch die Menschen mit indischen Wurzeln sein können
−Die Bettdecke war voller brandlöcher von Zigaretten, es waren auch Kakerlaken im Zimmer. Frühstück war nur kaffee und 2 kekse und 4 Bananen auch nichts zum sitzen. Frühstück ab 6 war aber keiner da um halb sieben wurde dann Kaffee gemacht. Nie wieder
