“loved it.”
+The room and location was perfect for our quick trip in and out while also making us feel like we found a hidden gem
“Perfect getaway”
+Perfect location in town centre, room was around the back so didn't hear any street noise. Room was so clean and comfortable. Staff were fantastic, really friendly and helpful. Got there early and were able to check in before our time and were able to leave our luggage when checking out and pick it up later that evening.
−Nothing

“Really centrally located and great room”
+Very clean and tidy and lovely and warm

“Would definitely stay again”
+Spotlessly clean great location
−The shower needs attention , only a trickle of water
+The room was a good size and relatively clean except for the bathroom. The bed was comfortable. The receptionist showed us to our room on arrival. The room was serviced every night.
−The bathroom needed attention. It wasn't properly cleaned before we arrived. There was hair in the shower and mold in the corners. The towel racks are rusty. It just needs a good scrubbing and some maintenance.

−advertised as a hotel but felt like a b&b had to search for keys in the rain make multiple calls for help, it would be a great hotel if there were a receptionist at the location other than that room was comfortable and nice and clean.
“Great stay”
+Clean & great location , key collection very easy & drop off

“Super cozy and comfy”
+The location was fantastic, with double glazed sash windows to reduce city traffic noise. The bed was wonderful: two nights of perfect sleep and comfort.
−The shower had very poor water pressure and was awful. Took ages to wash hair.
