“AVOID AVOID AVOID”

−Very bad customer service the telephone number doesn't work. It states £5 for parking then they change it to £10. They tried to charge me £20 extra for arriving just after 8pm and leaving at 07.30am!. They ignored messages until day of booking and refused to refund. I would NOT recommend and reading the reviews about the lack of cleanliness and other people's experience of being ripped off I definitely wouldn't consider staying there!. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

+Absolutely the nightmare if all hotels. The first night there was no air in the room and I'had to walk my dog at 3am. The 2nd &3rd nights there was a fake blowing through the broken window and it was probably one of my worst nights ever.
−Being at top.if hotel and climbing 2.5 flights if stairs. There was nobody to let me in and Zi had to ring owner to find out that my keys had been left in the car port outside the front door. What does that say to fellow guests? Sunk in bathroom coming away from wall and toilet too close to sink.

+It was close to the Pleasure Beach. The staff member helped regarding where to eat nearby.
−The room stunk, the carpet was dirty. When I arrived it took two phone calls to get admitted regardless of a previous call explaining that I would be late. I was charged a 20 pounds 'late book in fee'. No one to check out with on departure.

−No hot water,shower was broken, no curtains in the room, there was a tv but you could not watch it,parking stated it was £5 a day we got charged £10 a day

−Everything we booked for 2 rooms and paid the money there did try to give use 1 room with a single bed and a mattress to put on the floor later on there found a camp bed we moved to a nothing b and b
