+Es ist eine sehr schöne Residence. Es ist ruhig und man fühlt sich wohl.
−Man hat nie Personal gesehen. Deshalb kann das Personal nicht bewertet werden. Es gibt sehr respektlose Gäste. Um 02.00 Uhr am Morgen sind sie nach Hause gekommen und haben viel Lärm gemacht.

“Perfect stay in Alba”
+We loved this property and highly recommend it. Everything we saw in the pictures is exactly what we got. It’s spacious, well stocked, and most importantly, it’s super clean. They have a washer and dryer in the common area that we could use for free, and they even provided the pods. We had everything we needed in the unit from dish washer pods to paper towels and more, and it made our stay so much more comfortable. Management, if you’re reading this, a big “thank you” for the hospitality. The property is conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants, and it’s less than 10 minutes away from Barbaresco and Neive and less than 20 minutes away from Barolo, Treiso and La Morra. The check in is self check in, one staff met us briefly just to show us the front door and the key pad. After that we were left alone and were able to contact them by WhatsApp if needed and they responded immediately each time. They were also accommodating on the late check out. Go book this place, you won’t regret it.
−1. More pillows, one per person isn’t enough 2. Heat, we got really cold at night but couldn’t get the temperature to go higher.
